I purchased a Nissan lease this past Sunday. David Zachary was our sales person and he was excellent. He took the time to answer whatever questions I had and showed me how to use all the features on the new vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. I got the deal that I wanted and I am very satisfied with my 2021 Rogue. The only negative comment that I have was the time that it took to complete the lease paperwork. This was not the fault of the salesman but the finance manager who was new to his position. I would definitely recommend David Zachary to handle your next vehicle acquisition.

Alex did an awesome job selling us a preowned vehicle from Nissan's inventory. He was pleasant to deal with during negotiations and we received a higher value on our trade in than another dealership had offered. I was surprised at how many multi passenger vans they had to choose from and would highly recommend Nissan of St Augustine if you are in the market for one of these vans due to the variety they offer. Alex did a great job ensuring the vehicle was ready for delivery thus meeting and exceeding our expectations! I was impressed at how well he listened to and met every request we made.

After being treated horribly at a competitor’s dealership in Daytona earlier, my friend & I drove to St Aug Nissan. We looked around the parking lot, a few cars caught my eye but I was still bitter from my experience at the competitor’s dealership, I didn’t want to speak with anyone. Just as we were about to leave, David Zachary came walking up. He asked if we needed any help finding anything. I was ready to call it quits & just go home but his polite & calm approach made me... want to stay. David is a patient, sincere, & kind gentleman. He was thorough, trustworthy & not “pushy”. (Which means everything to someone like me!) He asked me what I was looking for. I told him everything I wanted & exactly what I wanted to spend (not a dime over!). He went above & beyond to show me 3 vehicles that fit my requests & took the time to let me test drive each one. The 3rd one was everything I wanted & more! If it wasn’t for David, I would have went home feeling defeated but instead I got to drive home with the Nissan Rogue that I’ve been dreaming about! In the month of sept. 2020 I went to with the intention of buying a Nissan Frontier I was approached by David Zachery a salesman from the beginning to the end of transaction this was a five star experience I have bought many cars in my time but David was the best he put my concerns to rest on every question I asked and if he did not know the answer he went and found out after vehicle was bought I received many calls from David to my home is there any help he could give. I ran a small company in FL. And if I needed a manager I would hire him in a heartbeat this gentleman needs to be regained in corporate for his good work also this dealership is one of the best I have ever seen great work David it is great to know that there are people in auto sales that really care about the customer

Jean from France and Robert both helped me find the car I wanted even after a hiccup or two but in the end it all worked out to my favor. Words to describe this dealership: friendly, low-pressure, down-to-earth, fair, transparent prices. My sales person was Clayton Fields, he was great to work with and not your typical sales guy. Ask for him and you won’t regret it! Dino, the General Sales Manager was also great and gave us some car pricing options that stayed within what we said we were wanting and presented easy-to-read, clear pricing with no hidden fees later so we could make a good decision. They respected our decision and were never pushy and got us out of there in less time than any other place I’ve bought cars from before. I had a really good experience &felt respected here. My wife was having an issue with her trunk not opening because some luggage was caught in the latch section. The Nissan service department was very helpful in fixing the issue. They also told us about a button that turns on/off the touch button trunk option that we never new about, and we assumed that it was malfunctioning.Lol... But they showed us the button and fixed the trunk issue with no charge. They were extremely courteous and super helpful. Good hardworking honest people love that. My favorite Nissan dealership hands down!!

An Amazing place to buy a car. After much research, we found the car we were looking for at this dealership and drove from Tallahassee to check it out. Called and set up appointment and from the time we stepped on the lot we were treated with kindness, fairness and respect. We had the pleasure of working with the awesome and very knowledgeable salesman, Gerron Miles. He made us feel welcome and offered any assistance we needed without being pushy or trying to change our mind... on the vehicle we wanted. In addition to Mr. Miles the rest of the staff were kind, and even though were were not buying the most expensive car on the lot, they made us feel like we were. I was also impressed that they met my needs financially. I did my homework and knew exactly the amount that I would not go over and their first draft agreement was almost exactly what I was going to ask. A little discussion and we came to a fair and very good agreement. Another shocking surprise was the lack of hidden fees in the agreement. I arrived at 10am to have my car serviced needed an oil change, brake fluid replaced, and 105,000 mile maintenance. I was greeted by Marvin Dames and was told that it would take an hour and 45 minutes so just wait inside the lobby. Also had the car wash done which adds about 10 minutes because they do it by hand. The lobby had 4 chairs each spread out at least six feet apart to comply with current social distancing guidelines. Two of those chairs were massage chairs. About an hour and a half after I arrived, Marvin came to tell me that the car was ready. So I paid and left satisfied everything was done and it was done earlier than I expected.

I did not know there was a recall. I had scheduled a simple oil change and they went and did the recall for me without having to be asked. I always had to tell Honda to do them and it took 3 times to get the recall completed. Nissan did this without having to be told and I GREATLY appreciate it! My name is Rosemary Martins, my husband and I just purchased a new Murano from your dealer ship and I just found out that my husband took the survey that you sent him but he did not elaborate on any of the questions, just filled in a number and called it a day. I am the type of person who will complain when something is not right but I also like to give credit where it is due. Chris Powell is our Product Specialist and was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient. He made sure that my seat, mirrors and seat belt were adjusted properly before our test drive, and explained all the bells and whistles that I should be looking for during our test. He took his time, did not pressure us into anything, and has a wonderful sense of humor. We enjoyed working with him. Brian Prior was our Senior Product Specialist and went over the check list after we made the purchase, He was very thorough and patient. In all my years of car buying I do not believe that we have done a check list like the one we did at St. Augustine Nissan. I truly appreciated it. I don't want to forget Jordan Hamlet, he was supper nice, even when my husband changed his mind on several thing and questioned just about everything, Jordan is also very knowledgeable. And than Amanda Gilbert who made this transaction almost painless. She has the patience of a saint and was helpful finding us the best financing. All during our experience of buying a car at Nissan of St. Augustine there was a recurring theme, the employees care, are very patient, professional and all are extremely knowledgeable making this probably one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. I truly love my new Murano and look forward to doing business with Nissan of St. Augustine in years to come.

Don't you? I’d like to express my gratitude towards your service department. I brought in my 2015 GTR for service and everyone was amazing. When you drive this type of car, people always try to overcharge you because they assume you’re made of money. Not only was I only charged a diagnostic fee, Glenn even reprogrammed my transmission so it would recalibrate itself. Marvin, Ryan, and especially Glenn (The Technician), went above and beyond. I work right down the road at a different dealership and its refreshing to see a dealership as customer service oriented as ours. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for more intricate work, and would highly recommend your service department.

Jan H I came in to get my car serviced and had no intention of buying. I decided to walk out to the sales floor and look around but there were only 2 models, neither of which were of interest. I asked the salesperson (Tim) if they had a Murano or Rogue that I could look at just to get an idea of price. He showed me the 2 models I was interested in and I test drove the Rogue. When we got back to the showroom we discussed price and payments and since it was within my budget, I decided to buy. I feel I received a fair trade in price on my 2011 Altima so I made the purchase.

I cannot say enough about the exemplary service of Nissan of St. Augustine.! I am a return customer at Nissan, and will be forever. I'm sorry they can only have 10 stars.! My previous Nissan was one of the best cars I had ever owned, so naturally, I returned to them to see what the new Nissan's were all about. The staff was so very obliging and caring, that I felt I was visiting with relatives!..... Family! Never pressured, never pushed, just left to my own decisions and what I felt I could be comfortable with. Brian Prior and Jordan, were honest and upfront with all their suggestions and where do you ever find that with a car dealership? Brian made sure I was happy with all the selections, and kept in touch by e mail and phone calls long after the sale was completed. I'm sure that Brian will be Top Sales Person of the Year. As a Senior Citizen now, the safety and service is of utmost importance to me. There was a slight mix up about the service of the new vehicle I chose. I thought the oil changes were included, and it was only the first oil change that was included. Well, all I had to do was express my embarrassment at the mix up, and I promptly received a personal call from the General Manager , Mr. William Barnes. He apologized to me for the mix up and personally assured me that Nissan's expert oil changes would be included in my purchase as long as I have the car.! It may seem like a small thing to some people, but for me, a single woman, I can rest assured that the vehicle will be taken care of the proper way, and the correct product will be put into the car. Nissan does not only change the oil, but they check the entire operation of the car on the computer and fill all the necessary fluids to keep you safe. I've had some bad oil changes in the past. Not only can it ruin your engine, but I remember a time when too much oil was put in my car.! When I got in to drive it away, the car was engulfed in Clouds of Black Sooty SMOKE all the way down the street.! Horrified, I could not see where I was going, not to mention the embarrassment and danger of hitting something or someone.! This personal phone call from the General Manager, and rectification of a misunderstanding my friends, is Customer Service ,"above and beyond" and is more than I could ever ask for! I can sleep peacefully at night knowing the car will be serviced by the experts, and their preventative maintenance will keep the 'worry lines ' off my face.! Nissan has not only won my loyalty, it has won my heart.! NISSAN..... BETTER THAN BOTOX.!!

Incredible customer service. The best new vehicle buying experience followed by outstanding customer service. The dealership made an error and I received an admittance of guilt and an apology. Human errors occur but it is a rare business where people take responsibility, fix the error AND APOLOGIZE. The buying experience: No pressure! I explained what I wanted and Clayton helped me pick a vehicle. At one point, he explained why a slightly less expensive vehicle would suit me better. Knowledgeable and ready to make a sale but able to listen and find what you need, not the most you can afford. Making the deal: final price negotiations. Thats right, we negotiated the number after (estimated) taxes and fees. So no unexpected add ons. The number we negotiated was the number to be financed. So simple. No surprises. Financing: Nissan financing was easy and the interest rate lower then my bank. This dealership should be your final stop when you are ready to buy.

This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing anything ever. I worked with two salesmen: Tony and William, both were friendly and professional. They had patience with me and showed me multiple cars. I worked briefly with Will, I believe he is the general manager as well as Jordan in finance. All four of them made me feel welcome. I was comfortable through every step of the process. I was incredibly impressed with Jordan’s follow through. He presented the best options available to me at the time (I picked a poor time of day and a poor day to go), but looked into it further and got back to me the next morning with better options. Found a used Toyota Tundra online and worked out the numbers over the phone with Dino. Worked with Clayton Fields as my salesman the entire process. Made the trip down from Savannah and checked out the vehicle in person. Purchased the Tundra and drove back home. This was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was so professional during the entire process from the F&I lady to the manager Will. Never any pressure to purchase a Nissan vehicle instead of the used Tundra and Clayton jumped through hoops for me to address two little issues on the truck. about 4 or 5 months ago, we purchased a Mini Cooper from a neighbor dealership only to find out the car had been a wholesale lot car and had been in two accidents. We were over our heads by about 9 grand and the dealership refused to work with us or even apologize for selling the unit as if it was in good shape. We went next door to Nissan and were treated like real customers and purchased Kicks .. after a few months and 6500 miles while the car was top of the line it still did not have divers assist and other features of the Rogue. We went in Saturday and without any hassle traded the new car back in for a Rogue sport. For the second time in six months Nissan proves themselves superior to the T dealership nearby.
